Default World Markets Having A Free Fall



Equities all over the world are being sold off.

All Asian indices closed deep in the red...

China's Shanghai Composite - down 5%.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng - down 5.5%.
Japan's Nikkei 225 - down 4%.
Singapore's Strait Times - down 6%.
South Korea's Seoul Composite - down 3%.
India's Sensex - down 7.5%.

At the time of making this post.....European Indices are sharply down too.

France's CAC - down 6%.
Germany's DAX - down 7%.
UK's FTSE - down 4.5%.

US markets will be closed today (Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday). They will open tomorrow - 22/01/2008.

In such volatile situations, it is always advisable not to try to trade.

Avoid leveraged positions.

All the analysts on CNBC Europe seem so hyper.

Apart from the technical analysis there seems to be a general mood of panic and a whole lot of predictions about entering bear markets.
