Default TCS Results

I am thinking of playing the TCS results.

It's been in an uptrend since a long time and it's broken out to form a fresh high on Friday. I intend to buy a 1700 CE on Monday and sell it on Thursday before the results announcement.

I intend to utilize both the uptrend and the rising IV to my advantage. However, since I only intend to buy the CE, I'm taking a high risk unidirectional bet. Let's see how it plays out.

A close below 1596 would be my stop loss for the trade.

It appears that Infy is coming out of its self delusion and will start playing the volume game going forward. This might increase competition pushing down margins and making it harder for other companies to maintain their out-performance.

Also it's quite tricky to predict how TCS behaves between Infy results and its own results. Hope your trade works out.
