Why do you think that the sensex will be @ the level you voted for?

I think voters should e made to answer this too, Mr. Moderator!

As for me, I think that just the listing of RPL ad others will take the sensex to new heights.

Not sure about the others, but I had voted on 12th of August.

At that time Sensex was at 14868 and the markets were in corrective mode because of the credit crisis in the west.

However, the sharp interest rate cut by the US fed changed everything and FII flows rushed into emerging markets.

The volumes shot up and and prices went through the roof. .

I had not anticipated this kind of FII flows and thus had voted for a much lower Sensex. (The poll doesn't even have a value about 17000). .

The dark green arrow is the day I voted and the light green arrow is the day the fed cut interest rates.

I am voting for Sensex above 17000 because we are expecting another FED rate cut on 11-Dec-2007....

Also around new year Christimas sales push in europe & America will have Good retail numbers and will Push Global markets up and in turn should have positive impact for us also.
