Default Long term debt fund

Hi ,

I joined ICICI prulife long term growth debt fund last week August 18. I am seeing that the NAV is going down from the time I joined. Should I quit this fund or wait for NAV to come up ? If so, ideally how much time I need to remain invested to get a decent return of ~9% or more?
