Is there any site (or any other way) of knowing when a company (especially the nifty companies) would release its quarterly financial report a few days before its actually released?

I mean to know the date on which a company would release its financial report?

What you need is a "Results Calender".

You can check it on BSE's site:

Forthcoming Results

BSE gives the calender for the next 3-4 days only.

You can also check the results calender at "India Earnings".

If you want to know the date for a particular company, you can go to NSE's site and check "board meetings" for the particular company.

For example, BGR Energy has a board meeting on 26th May to approve Q4 results.

Nope ,no results calendar.

It is a centralized database for all NSE and BSE companies,this is the new version of the older EDIFAR (Electronic Data Information Filing and Retrieval System) which SEBI discontinued from April 1,2010.
