Default Sell Without A Broker?

My broker is Fullerton.

Is there any other way to sell without using the broker? I remember there was an email from CDSL some time back, I don't remember exactly, they have some service called easi, and maybe it is possible to sell it directly. Anyone knows anything about this?

It seems CDSL's "easi" is just an online platform to track and transfer demat securities.

If you want to sell some stock, you will need a buyer.

Unless you personally know some who would buy from you, you have no other option but to trade on the exchanges.

To trade on the exchanges, you will need a broker. Exchanges don't accept orders directly from investors.

Even if you find a buyer who would buy directly from you, your shouldn't forget that the capital gain tax rates from non-exchange (non-STT) transactions are higher.
