Transfer of Holdings on Closure of Demat?

HI All,

What is the procedure for closing a demat account and moving the holding to a different DEMAT account?

I have following types of instruments in my CURRENT demat account:

Shares
MF and MF SIP
NCD
TAX SAVING BONDS
NPS

Kindly provide simple steps with details of forms etc.

PS: I do not trade much and planning to move from icicidirect to idbipaisabuilder. Any specific issues that you would like to bring to notice against idbipaisabuilder?
