Any thoughts on Innoventive Industries IPO?

It looks OK to me. I might apply.

What about others?

Here a small analysis of present ipo going around.

I will be skipping this issue.

Innoventive Industries is highly leveraged.

Pipes, tubes, oil country tubular goods etc are unexciting products and companies manufacturing these products rarely get high multiples in the market.

Also, this is another issue which I feel is not as cheap as it looks.

I may have thought about investing in this IPO if the price had been 20%-25% lower.

I have to agree with you after looking at the facts. One of the objectives of the issue is Capacity expansion of manufacturing facility. The thing is Innovative has not bought any land yet or they have not placed any orders for machineries. These would take at least a year or two before they can start generating any revenue or profit out of these 219 crores. This might be good for long term investor but I am not willing to invest for long term!

Listed at 111.Went up to 92-93. Now looks to be settling 15-20% down than issue price.

Alchemist any views now to enter?

I am avoiding it for now.
