Default Employees IPO Quota

If one knows any employee in IPO offering company.

Can he ask his known person (employee) to apply shares on his behalf as employee will get shares at much lower price than retail investors.

Is it possible?

If so then what is the best online way to transfer the shares from employee's Demat to another person's demat?

or Employee will sell shares on listing day and will transfer the money back to the person whom money was borrowed.

This is traditional way I guess.

2ndly:

How we know at what price employees are getting shares in a new listed company?

Regards

Reks

In an IPO/FPO an employee gets shares at the same price as retail investors. This has been the norm, unless specified otherwise.
