Career Point Infosys is subscribed 31.7400 ~ 32 X in retail.

For full application. One is eligible to apply for 16 lots (320/20) only.

Let me brush up my primary standard math now. .

Mathematically if an investor applies for 32 lots, he will get 1 lot confirmed.

Now retail investor is only eligible to apply 16 lots as mentioned above.

This clearly means that one full application only have 50% chance to get only 1 lot.

Hope I have successfully did my math here?. .

There will be surely good demand for it due to high over-subscription and low allotment.

I am thinking to it hold for some while.

Fundamentals are good but future is tough. If I was you i'll book profit at 30% gain if i get those figures on listing day as we can't predict the market right now.

You can hold with a trailing stop-loss.

Look at the average price for the first 5 minutes and keep that as your initial stop-loss.

Later if the stock moves significantly higher, you can move you stop-loss.

Bad luck, I didn't get any.

GMP is at 160 which means a over 50% profit over the base price of 310. Will be happy to sell at 470/-

No luck for my one full application. .

Anyone got refund? Applied through ICICIDirect ASBA. Not yet unblocked the amount.

For me, the amount got unblocked just this evening (sometime after 5 as that was the last time I had checked before now).

Really impressed with this stock IPO thread.

Taught me a lot of thing plus allowed to understand how IPO listing too can be one strategy to invest in market for short terms.

Sold remaining 10 at 560.

Average selling price is 532.

Sold all 40 shares @ 548.

Sold all @ Rs. 551/-.

Sold 20 at 622/-

100% profit, Greed has no end! .

I think you are confused with names .

I pity myself for not getting allotment, what a great listing!

I didn't even apply for it.

I applied for Eros as allotment chances were much better for Eros.

I did get 43 and 44 shares of Eros, but the listing was below-expectations.

I should have taken a chance and applied for Career Point.

Hardly made any profit in Eros. .

Oh yes!

Sorry, I got confused.

There are days when you make 70% profit and yet let profit go by !

What a listing 112% up , no body would have expected this much!

On today's closing price Career Point has a higher market cap than Everonn Systems, talk about valuations in a bull market .

To me, it appears to be another case of a short-squeeze that happens with small issues on listing.

Too many traders shorted the stock when it opened above 500, and then they realized that there wasn't enough supply available to close their short positions. .

Interesting! I remember for full application even got NIL share during IPO.

Not sure what is the problem with the company that made it to bring down the IPO price?
