any sense in jumping in now?

reliance ups stake

Reliance MediaWorks has alleged that it had offered Rs 80 per share for Fame India.

My guess is that Reliance Capital will take its stake in Fame India to 15% and trigger an open offer.

The open offer price may be around 85-90.

(I am just guessing...).

As the market price of Fame India is already at 80, I don't see much short-term upside left in the stock.

(Bidding wars can take stock prices to crazy levels as in case of Great Offshore, but betting on such stocks can be very risky).

Not planning to enter but was just seeing something then suddenly this share struck me.

ADA group was after this and daily it was giving 5% upper circuit.

Today when I see the stock, it is at 31 levels, but no taker also volumes look almost nil.

No takers for it or the stock have seen its fate?
