If users want to attach images to posts, it is suggested that they use
external hosting site for it.
Here are the steps do it:
1. If you have an image in bmp format, open it in MS Paint. Then "save the image" as a jpeg or gif image.
jpeg/gif images are preferred as they
are smaller in size and load much faster than bmp images.
2. Go to an
image hosting site like
www.imageshack.us
3. Host the image there. After you host it, the image hosting site will show you a
direct link to the image.
4. Come back to the post. Take the cursor to the exact place where you want the image.
5. Press
this button 
and place the direct link to the image. Press "OK" and the image will be posted.
