Default Tax Free Bonds from Secondary Market

Any tips on how to identify tax free bonds from secondary market with a reasonable yield ? As there are no fresh bonds seeming to be coming up.
ICICI direct shows indicative yields but
1. Doesn't consider the brokerage - which is quite high
2. Its based on some old last traded price and when you try to put order the offer price is much higher
3. Even if you put a limit order - the money will get blocked for a long time - as there is not much liquidity.
