Lowest Possible Price on NSE?

Today, Dhanus Technologies (http://nseindia.com/live_market/dynaContent/live_watch/get_quote/GetQuote.jsp?symbol=DHANUS) touched a new all time low...

Today, Dhanus Technologies touched a new all time low of Rs 0.05 and closed at Rs 0.10.

I am not sure, but I think Rs 0.05 is the lowest possible price that a stock can trade at on NSE.

If someone had bought this stock at Rs 0.05 today and sold at Rs 0.10 later, he would have doubled his money in a single day, assuming his broker doesn't charge a minimum brokerage per share.

Does Zerodha have a minimum brokerage per share?

I had bought a single share of this at 3820.Today as the market look good as it was trading high I exited at upper circuit at 6347 price.

I planned to re enter but I am not sure about its valuations. The reason for the rally is its inclusion in MSCI index and also now less floating stocks MF are buying it any cost hence a big rally.

I feel it's one of value buys but at much cheaper level can someone throw some light on it?

I recently learned of JPA Corporate FD offering 12%. I don't think any other company is offering more than that. Many are offering 12 %. The highest FD I'm getting in bank is 9.5% to 9.25%.

1. I wanted to know if it is safe to venture in this ? What if the company says we are not giving you the interest or the capital at the end of 1 year ?

2. Further, is JPA a good option or do we have any other option better than this for 12%?

3. Who do we need to approach for opening such FD? Is there any corporate FD where it can be done online?

Thanks.
