Default Franklin Templeton Capital Safety Fund - 5yrs

Hi ,
I am holding a lot of Franklin Templeton Capital Safety Fund - 5yrs in my Dmat. They are going to "mature" some time next week. Any idea how do i get the money ? Will the proceeds the be credited to my account as per Demat records ? FT as well as Karyv guys have no clue about it.
Another academic quesiton: theres a difference of 4% between the NAV & traded price. Shouldnt the difference come down to the brokerage amont ?
Thanks for your help
