Default Gold BeES

Hi All,

I am planning to invest in GOLDEX (Gold Benchmark exchange traded scheme) in ICICIdirect. As I have little knowledge in Gold ETF's, kindly guide how to forecast the price swings in the gold market?

Thanks & Regards.

I have changed the thread title from GOLDEX to Gold BeES.

(GOLDEX is ICICIDirect's code for Gold BeES).

NSE's symbol for Gold BeES is "GOLDBEES".

Even for those who have lot of knowledge of gold ETFs, forecasting price swings isn't easy.

Think of your investment in gold as an insurnace against inflation and financial crises that may happen in India or elsewhere.

Hold the ETF for the long term.

Even if the returns that you get are low, don't be disheartened.

The primary goal of any insurance is to reduce risk. Returns are secondary.
