If I buy Future or Option in Morning and sell in evening before closing of market.

Another example

I buy NIFTY Future at 10 Am and sell at 1 PM

I buy Nifty Future at 10 AM and sell at 10:30 AM

I basically close my position before market closes whether in loss or profit!

I don't take market home and sleep well!

"Day Trading" is when you close your position on the same day.

If can be done in stocks, futures or options.

If you carry a position to the next day, it isn't "day trading"

e.g. If you buy 10 shares of ACC in the morning and sell them before market closes, it is called "day trading".

Any doubts? ?

It isn't compulsory, but you should have cash/shares with you to convert your day-trading position to delivery position.

If your broker allows you and you have sufficient cash, you can convert your long day-trading position to delivery position.

For short positions, you will need the shares in your demat account to convert your day-trading position to delivery position.

First of all thanks for the answer.
Why "If your Broker allows" ?? If i'm having sufficient Cash/Share with me, whether the broker can compel me to do business. Sorry i didn't got the point "If your Broker allows"

A few brokers don't allow day-trading positions to be converted to delivery positions after a particular time.

(You can always convert delivery position to day-trading position by doing a reverse trade).

e.g. In case of Indiabulls, a day-trading position can't be converted to delivery position after 3 PM.
